Promo Codes

Promo codes offer discounts on token purchases and subscriptions.

Redeeming a Promo Code

  1. Navigate to the billing page.
  2. Enter your promo code in the Promo Code field.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. The discount will be applied to your next eligible purchase.

Promo Code Types

Promo codes can offer different types of discounts:

  • Percentage discount — A percentage off the purchase price or token amount.
  • Fixed discount — A fixed dollar or token amount off.

Restrictions

Some promo codes may have restrictions:

  • One-time use per account.
  • Limited to specific accounts or account types.
