Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using project113.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the project113 platform (“Service”).
project113 is currently operated by an individual owned based in the United States (“project113,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use the Service.
2. Description of Service
project113 provides Git repository hosting and related services, including:
- Public and private repository hosting
- Storage
- CI/CD compute
- Data transfer
- Token-based billing
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining credential confidentiality
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate contact information
Notify us immediately at accounts@project113.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Billing, Tokens, and Payments
4.1 Token System
- Each token costs $0.01 USD plus applicable payment processing fees.
- Accounts with at least one repository are subject to a 200 token monthly minimum.
- Accounts with no repositories are not subject to minimum billing.
4.2 Purchases
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Tokens do not expire.
- Pricing may change prospectively.
4.3 Subscriptions
If you enable recurring token purchases, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund prior charges.
4.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
4.5 Chargebacks & Disputes
Accounts may be suspended during chargeback investigations. We reserve the right to recover dispute-related costs. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in termination.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable law
- Host or distribute malware
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Interfere with platform security
6. Copyright & DMCA
We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
To submit a notice, email legal@project113.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A good faith statement
- A statement under penalty of perjury
- Your signature
7. Repository Access & Data Retention
- Repositories may become read-only if tokens are insufficient.
- After 90 days, repositories may be hidden.
- After 180 days, repository data may be permanently deleted.
You are responsible for maintaining backups.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all code and content you upload.
project113 does not claim ownership of repositories and does not publicly index private repositories.
9. Privacy (Temporary Notice)
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the Service, including:
- Email address
- Account credentials
- Payment data processed via Stripe
A full Privacy Policy will be published separately.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, legal compliance, security risks, or unpaid balances. You may terminate your account at any time.
11. No Warranty
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to project113 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless project113 from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Ohio.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
